El Castro Candaz Menc\u00eda \u00e9s un vi negre monovarietal elaborat exclusivament amb ra\u00efm Menc\u00eda, una varietat emblem\u00e0tica de la regi\u00f3 de la Ribeira Sacra a Gal\u00edcia, Espanya. Aquest vi \u00e9s fruit de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre els reconeguts en\u00f2legs Ra\u00fal P\u00e9rez i Rodrigo M\u00e9ndez, que busquen ressaltar el potencial de les varietats tradicionals de la zona i reflectir en els seus vins el paisatge on neixen.<\/p>\n
